The Pasadena Corporate Park project involved the adaptive reuse of two 1960ís vintage defense industry lab buildings into new class A office space. The renovation included 25,000 square feet of new floor area to enhance the overall massing and a complete new skin for each building, in addition to all new cores, elevators, mechanical and electrical systems. The entire 8.2-acre site, landscaping and parking design was reconfigured and upgraded to deliver a "corporate campus" amenity to the new tenants. A 450-car parking garage was also added as part of the second phase of the project. The project was fully leased upon completion to several corporate users, including IndyMac Bank and Tetra Tech.
