Scheduled to open in September of 2012, the Angelika Film Center & Cafe at Mosaic District is a ground-up, 75,000-square-foot, two-story plus mezzanine mixed-use building comprising an eight-screen cinema and 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant shell space. The building is a key element in a new mixed-use development in Fairfax County, Virginia, undertaken by private developer EDENS. House & Robertson served as Architect of Record for both the overall base-building scope and the interior-design/tenant fit-out scope for Angelika.
