Columbia Square is a 4.7-acre mixed-use project located in the heart of Hollywood. New ground-up construction comprising six-story office buildings, extensive landscaped courtyards, and a 200-unit luxury high-rise residential tower complement two landmark modernist buildings and a public plaza along Sunset Boulevard. Columbia Square is designed as a creative campus that celebrates the iconic architecture and unique Hollywood history of the site. House & Robertson served as Architect of Record for all buildings on the site as well as design architect for core-and-shell rehabilitation of the historic buildings and five levels of new below-grade parking.
