A creative office space for Brookfield Properties located within a Historic building on Market Street in San Francisco’s Financial District; 685 Market offers its new inhabitants18,000 sq., ft. of semi-private and open office space with a variety of conference and meeting spaces, collaborative zones, private library-like workspaces, and a generous open entrance doubling as a townhall meeting zone and lounge. The collaborative break-out spaces wrap around the building’s central atrium providing ample amounts of natural lighting to a living garden of plant life within the office. The office’s key focal point, for visitors, is its large boardroom with an adjacent showcase space dedicated to marketing and presentations with its large display wall. As the executive architect, House & Robertson was responsible for the collaboration with the design team, and technical development of the construction detailing and administration.
