Modern Animal is a start-up committed to reimagine and improve the experience of accessing veterinary care as a client and delivering care as a provider. Since 2021, HRA has been in partnership with Modern Animal to help develop their franchise design guidelines and produce their bellwether veterinary clinics across California and Texas.  Leveraging our offices in San Francisco and Houston, HRA was able to document projects across multiple metro locations at different phases to provide the staggered delivery approach Modern Animal needed to successfully enter new markets. These interior tenant improvement projects are being completed in existing and new-build locations, often requiring seismic and electrical upgrades, ranging in size from 2,500 up to 5,000 SF. Modern Animal clinics are apportioned with the latest pharmacies, labs, and exam, x-ray, and surgery rooms in a welcoming hospitality-like atmosphere.
