Columbia Square Office Campus

< | >

Columbia Square is a mixed-use project located on an entire city block along Sunset Boulevard in the heart of Hollywood. It is conceived and designed as a creative campus that celebrates the iconic architecture and unique Hollywood history of the site. As part of a master plan developed by House & Robertson and Rios Clementi Hale Studios, the new ground-up construction project is linked to the historic 1938 Columbia Square complex. It comprises 340,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space in two new six-story office buildings and a two-story bungalow, connected via extensive landscaped courtyards to the historic buildings and a new residential tower on the site. HRA served as architect of record for all buildings on the site, including the rehabilitation of the historic buildings, the new residential tower, and the five levels of new below-grade parking. The campus was completed, and major tenant Viacom took occupancy, in late 2016.
