House & Robertson’s work for the Colorado Campus project focused on developing and implementing a cost-effective parking scheme to be inserted under existing industrial buildings that were being converted to creative office space by the design architect, RAC Design-Build. HRA was responsible for technical development of the 30,000-sq.-ft. parking garage, incorporating mechanical stacker parking systems to create 156 parking spaces. To allow the development to be considered a renovation, portions of the walls above were retained adjacent to the new basement parking structure, with limited new floor area added to the site. Project was completed in spring of 2019.
