Downtown Commons Sacramento Retail + Cinema

< | >

The Sacramento Downtown Plaza Retail project is an entertainment, dining and retail center in the entertainment district of downtown Sacramento, California. It is located within the Downtown Commons complex (which houses a sports arena for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and the new mixed-use retail, hotel and residential tower also executed by House & Robertson). HRA served as the executive architect on the entertainment and dining complex, which includes 195,000 sq. ft. of new and renovated retail and restaurant shell space, plus a 51,000-sq.-ft. expansion and remodel of the existing Cinemark movie theater. The project was completed in 2018.
