The East Los Angeles College Student Services Center and Administration building project consists of two building renovation projects, a building addition and a new plaza that defines the entry to the campus. House & Robertson acted as a critical part of the design-build team, closely collaborating on-site between the design team, the design–assist consultant team and the design-build contractor. Working in collaboration with the original design team, user groups and the program manager, HRA developed solutions that improved the quality and expedited the construction process in the field. The project was successfully completed in 2011.
