The Columbia Square Residential Tower is a 20-story, 275,000-sq.-ft. high-rise tower consisting of 200 luxury apartments. Part of the master plan developed by House & Robertson and Rios Clementi Hale Studios for a full city block in Hollywood, the tower is sited to take advantage of expansive views of the city. It complements other elements of the Columbia Square redevelopment, including the renovated historic buildings along Sunset Boulevard and three new office buildings that form the heart of the new creative campus. Completed in 2016, the tower features large apartment units, many fully furnished and operated as a luxury extended-stay product by operator Proper Residences. It also includes offers gracious amenity spaces, including extensive landscaped terraces, a rooftop pool and poolside lounge, fitness area, and ground floor café, all designed by Kelly Wearstler Interior Design.
